Story that could not be bypassed. On the page of Cherkassy journalist Victoria Hamaza we saw a post about the 85-year-old "babushka" Olena, who has been living without water for the last 13 years. In 2005, pipe rupture had happened. After that, old lady's life was full of endless calls to communal services and appeals to politicians. Unfortunately, no results ...
